Create your escape with a local talent, Mary Jane Erard. Mary Jane is an accomplished artist and educator in the Toledo area and we are so excited to be hosting a class for you all to come try! This course is a 2.5 hour session that will explore acrylic on canvas with a focus one ash acrylic techniques. Multiple source photos to choose from. See some included in this post.

You will learn how:

– to manipulate acrylic in an impressionistic style. – and when to layer color for maximum impact, and learn some color theory is employed in this technique.

– to create depth with texture. -how to use stencils to create buildings and other elements in your painting.

In addition to these techniques the class will learn from each other how each student approached their process to create a successful painting. After a short demonstration students will have the entire class to create their art.

We will refund 100% for any cancellation made at least seven days before the class. After 3 days, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason, including illness. If you cannot attend after registration, you are welcome to gift your tuition for this class to a friend at no charge just let your instructor know. You may also choose to transfer this tuition to another class given by Mary Jane Erard at Benfield Wines (no other venue) at the same price within 5 months.
